The company was founded in 2010 by Samantha Oliphant, a former National Manager Retail Delivery at a leading financial institution. The Evolution Strategies team; a dynamic group of women whose diverse skills and expertise compliment the Evolution Strategies vision and mission, assures all clients of only excellence in service delivery.
As a strategic operations enabler, Evolution Strategies provides smaller manageable solutions that address all aspects of our clients business, allowing for an effective system which remains consistent, whilst providing for the implementation of new legislative laws, once enabled businesses can operate independently, diminishing the cost of rehiring consultants even on an advisory level.
